When you see a new college sort of come out from nowhere and begin playing better than it ever has before, you may be the type of person who says: "Good for them."
I am the type of person who says, "I can't wait to see what sort of NCAA violations they've committed."
Case in point: North Carolina, ranked in the preseason top 25 and a school long known for being bad at football, great at basketball.
Here's one way in which they may have been able to get ahead: cheating.
